Are there any extra fees for the technology and marketing tools you provide me with?

Absolutely not. All of our technology tools, including our IDX website, CRM, our Virtual BackOffice, DotLoop, CirclePix, Rebus University and others are provided at no additional cost. Realty Partners will literally provide you with cutting edge tools that would cost you over $1,000/month if you had to purchase them yourself.

 

Can I use my own domain name?

Absolutely! We encourage all agents to brand themselves using a yourname.com domain name. We can forward/point your domain web address to your IDX website, as well as configure our Google Apps and email system so you can use your own domain name.

 

Will you provide me with business cards?

Yes, we will provide you with an initial set of  business cards as well as a name tag.

 

How do I get paid?

Prior to closing you will request a funding authorization through DotLoop. Once the title company funds the transaction we will pay you immediately upon receipt of clear funds either via ACH direct deposit or eCheck (your choice). We request that closing agents wire commission proceeds to Realty Partners, so in most cases funding takes place the day of closing, i.e. as soon as the wire hits our account.

 

How does the “Make More Money Guarantee” work?

Realty Partners is committed to providing you with coaching, training, lead generation and other opportunities to grow your business. If you do not make more money (defined as GCI – Gross Commission Income) during your first year with Realty Partners, compared to the year prior to joining Realty Partners, then you will be at a 100% split during the following year.

 

Can I do rental and property management with Realty Partners?

At this time Realty Partners is not supporting any ongoing property management services. Our focus is on sale and purchase transactions only, plus you can of course work with tenants and landlords to secure tenancy for compensation.

 

How quickly can you get me set up?

To join us simply click on the “Join” link at the top of this page.  The entire setup process will take less than 24 hours to complete. If you submit your application by 12 noon, we will  normally have you setup the same day. If you have questions prior to joining us, then please use the “Chat” link at the bottom right of each screen on this site, or you can also use the “Contact” link at the bottom of our web site to send us your questions.

 

What areas of Florida do you serve?

The Realty Partners plan is available throughout the entire State of Florida. Please contact us if you have any questions at all about availability.

 

Do I need to change my Board or MLS?

Absolutely Not! Realty Partners is a member of multiple REALTOR Associations and MLS’s throughout the State of Florida. If for any reason we are not yet a member of your local association then Realty Partners will join that association.

 

Do you provide dedicated work space/desk space?

We are a virtual real estate company. Rather than investing heavily in brick & mortar facilities that few agents use, we instead invest in top technology tools, marketing and lead generation to help you grow your business. If you have a team and want to rent office space then you can do so and we will register your office as a branch office and provide you with required signage.
